Participants are responsible for making their hotel reservations and should make them in the attendee's name. Please contact the hotel's reservation department and request the NY HR Week™ rate. A limited number of rooms are being held until April 10, 2009 or until the room block is sold out. The Hilton New York has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a penalty equal to one night's room & tax charges. The Hilton New York also has an early check-out penalty.
